Yvette is a learning and development consultant and a Director. This means she spends her time developing and delivering workshops, and leading a team of amazing consultants to do the same. She specialises in leadership, personal effectiveness, change and innovation.

Before joining =mc learning, she worked in HR for several years in both the private and charity sector as an HR Manager. In these roles, Yvette provided advice and guidance to managers, staff and trade union representatives. She also delivered several change projects and worked closely with senior leaders.
