Usha Menon is Founder of Usha Menon Management Consultancy, an international training and consultancy service that works exclusively with the for-impact sectors across Asia. Specialising in leadership, strategy, management, fundraising and philanthropy, Usha brings a wealth of multi-country experience, expertise and insights garnered over the past 33 years. A trusted advisor to international, regional and local social-impact entities, her consultancy works with UN organisations, Academic, Arts, Social Services and Health Institutions along with Government departments and think thanks. All of these sectors have benefitted from her to training, mentoring and consulting services.

Usha collaborates with the European Centre for Not-for-profit Law (ECNL) to track trends in digital fundraising and advocate for sustainable frameworks for public fundraising.

Usha is one of Asia’s leading non-profit sector bloggers, sharing insights and observations regularly through her blog Asian Insights (www.ushamenonasia.com/blog) many of which are translated by capability building entities in Japan, China, Germany.
