Tim loves to work alongside voluntary and community sector organisations and help them do good better.

He is passionate about supporting organisations to build clear, shared visions of what they want to achieve, develop insight driven and evidence-based activities and find meaningful ways to measure their work.

Tim has ten years’ experience of working in and with the charity sector in a range of roles, from fundraising and project delivery, through to monitoring and evaluation, and most recently as a charity trustee. He has a particular interest in health, ageing and disability-focused work, as well as the power of communities to overcome many of the challenges we face.

He currently leads the support of the voluntary and community sector Traverse, a social purpose consultancy that believes better decisions are made together.

Tim is a husband, avid sea swimmer, coastal forager and total novice boulderer based in Brighton & Hove.
