Tanya Compas is an award winning youth worker and founder of Exist Loudly and Queer Black Christmas. Exist Loudly is committed to creating spaces of joy and community for queer Black young people from London and across the UK through both in person and online engagement. Exist Loudly is built on a frame work that fosters community, distribution of wealth and resources and working towards a collective good, with a particular focus on the queer and Black communities.
