Stephen has been CEO of North Devon Hospice for 11 years taking the charity from a £5m income to a £7m and growing end of life care services in that time by 25%. Prior to entering the charity world, Stephen worked at Marsh & McLennan in the city of London where he headed up their Strategic Risk Practice for UK & Europe assisting Boards to identify their key strategic risks. Stephen is passionate about ensuring that people do their cream teas correctly in putting the cream on first.
