Seth has worked in the non-profit sector since 2004, for organisations such as Médecins Sans Frontières, Amnesty International and Greenpeace. Seth built the fundraising department at Greenpeace Norway from near scratch in 2011. With the team he managed, Seth achieved over 2000% growth in private income within four years, making Greenpeace the fastest-growing NGO in Norway. Seth is passionate about creating a stimulating culture within fundraising teams, and ambitious on behalf of the causes he is involved with.
