Nicola is a leader in fundraising having been in the sector for over 25 years, as a practitioner and consultant. Now at Prostate Cancer UK, her last permanent role was as Director of Engagement at Oxfam, where for 3 years she led a strategy aimed at deeper engagement with all supporters, addressing public perception and internal changes along the way.
