Hi, I’m Molly 👋 North Wales native, now living in Manchester! I'm the Senior Fundraising Coordinator for Campaigns, Events, and Individual Giving at Action Tutoring, a national education charity tackling the attainment gap. In this role, I oversee our annual Christmas campaign, support fabulous fundraisers in their epic challenges (from marathons and Tough Mudders to comedy nights and abseils!), and also manage all other individual donations.

Like most fundraisers, I juggle a lot but also enjoy the variety and person-centred nature of fundraising. Alongside my role, I am a member of my charity’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) working group, helping create policies and a culture that is inclusive and equitable.

Outside of work, you'll find me hitting the pavement for a run, tackling open water swims, cooking up various meals in the kitchen, or getting lost in a good book. A fun fact about me is that I know three languages, all of which are from the UK! English, Welsh, British Sign Language.
