Luke Mallett

Bio

Change and transformation have been a golden thread weaved across the 25 years Luke has worked with the charity sector.

Whether initiating major change at British Heart Foundation, or a role directing fundraising transformation at CLIC Sargent (now Young Lives vs Cancer), and subsequently leading its brand and name change and income generation response to Covid, or driving as CEO the turnaround of a regional HIV & sexual health charity, DHIVERSE; change has been a constant.

In 2023, Luke founded his consultancy business, specialising in growth strategy and change management. His clients span the not-for-profit sector in the UK and worldwide, working on diverse projects, including an interim leadership assignment with an International NGO to strengthen UK and US fundraising whilst delivering a 'localisation' programme to shift income and communications decision-making closer to the charity's work in six African countries.

Closer to home, Luke and team are working on a project to build a Voluntary Sector partnership focussed on health inequality in a major city region and an organisational change and fundraising development programme for a children's and young people's charity.

Luke is Chair of the Elischer Foundation, a fundraising mentoring charity established in memory of Tony and Nicky Elischer. Luke was a mentor with the charity since its establishment in 2017.
