Leigh Hesketh is a Senior Individual Giving Manager for retention within Committed Giving at Great Ormond Street Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity). Her role is to lead the delivery of an ambitious retention strategy, stewarding and retaining an ever-growing base of regular givers (currently at 250,000+).
Leigh has been in the Charity sector for over 8 years, and has worked across an extensive range of IG products, and across a variety of channels.
Particularly interested in donor psychology and supporter experience, Leigh is a strategically and data led manager who enjoys innovation and collaborative working.
From Upgrade and Reactivation calls to the humble Thank You call; the phone has always been a great way to engage with supporters. In this session we’ll take you through how we’re using calling in our regular giving stewardship journey and what impact it is having.
