I am major gifts fundraiser with a passion for environmental and social justice causes. I've dedicated the past ten years to fundraising, six specialising in corporate giving.

I've raised over £10 million for charities such as The Spires Centre, Room to Read and Friends of the Earth, through strategic partnerships with Corporates, Trusts and Foundations and Major Donors.

Leanne have a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and have taken part in the CIOF mentoring programme, both as a mentee and later as a mentor. I have just started a new role coaching at Brightspot Fundraising, in addition to my role at Friends of the Earth.

I discovered that I was neurodivergent about two years ago, after several cycles of burnout, and was diagnosed with ADHD last December. I have almost completely recovered from the lastest and longest burnout and feel very passionate about building better tools and systems within the sector to help us all identify risk factors and prevent wide-spread burnout.
