Kathryn started her NGO career in 2005, doing supporter care and donation processing at a small animal rights organisation, then became responsible for all supporter care, database management and direct marketing activity.

She joined Friends of the Earth in 2010, progressing from Individual Giving Officer to heading up the Individual Giving and Supporter Care teams. She’s now Director of Income Generation, responsible for leading efforts to maximise income through inspiring and engaging fundraising and a fantastic supporter experience.
