Emma has been working in the education and charity sector for the last 10 years. In her current role as Acting Senior Programme Manager for the DHL UK Foundation, she manages charity partnerships and coordinates activity for DHL's flagship careers and employability programme, GoTeach UK.

Previously, Emma worked in the Corporate Partnerships team at Teach First, bringing on new funders including Amazon and IG Group. The Teach First cause has always been close to her heart, having previously taught at a secondary school in Bradford on the Teach First programme.

She is a school governor for a local primary school in Essex, tutored for The Access Project, and enjoys meeting like-minded people passionate about social mobility and young people's education.
