Ellen has been recruiting into the charity sector since 2007. In 2012 she moved from London back to the motherland (Newcastle) and has been recruiting for a host of amazing regional, local and national organisations the length and breadth of the UK. She is also mummy to two little people Isabella (7) and Freddie (3) who very much keep her on her toes. A massive advocate for inclusivity and flexible working she really cares about the impact effective recruitment can have.
