Bio
Derek is a Creative Strategist at DTV Group where he is part of a fabulous team creating films and TV appeals to inspire support for great causes in 30+ countries. He also partners with clients to develop creative strategies, or strategic creativity (or both). He’s a dad, a serial dog-fosterer, an accredited executive coach, mentor, keynote speaker, and a very average Dutch youth soccer coach.

Expect guest appearances from Frida Kahlo, the Guerilla Girls, and Prince, among others, as Derek draws on his experience as an artist and as a global fundraiser to highlight some foundations of inspirational fundraising. With 30 years of experience in 30 mins, this may be somewhat rapid-fire!
