Dee’s career spans over 20 years in the third sector, in senior leadership roles with charities including Barnardo’s, Parkinson’s UK, The Children’s Society, NCH Action For Children, and The Royal British Legion.
Dee is passionate about and skilled in supporting people to reach excellence in fundraising performance and in their own personal development. Dee has led large UK-wide staff teams, raising annual income budgets of £50m and working with 1000s of volunteers.

Currently at Crisis UK, Dee was a key member of the team which navigated the organisation through the Covid pandemic, and is now leading on Wellbeing across Crisis.

Dee is also an accredited practitioner and coach for Resilient Leaders Elements , focused on building resilience, and making world class leadership development available for all.
