I co-founded the company Fidelis Contact Center in 2012, which is the leader in telemarketing fundraising in France. We fundraise for many NGOs by phone (monthly giving, direct debit, upgrades, etc.). We have more than 500 agents on the phone every day.

We have developed a tool using AI that we have been using internally for a few months, which has changed the way we monitor quality. This tool is called Audioliz and allows anyone to analyze call conversations and extract any data from them very easily.
