

With over a decade of experience as a multi-discipline fundraiser, he changed focus to work in an organisational change role to deliver great supporter experiences in a national charity. He soon discovered the way to deliver great experiences is through leadership and management, and gained a Distinction in Senior Leadership at Masters level to truly understand how to deliver meaningful organisational change through leadership behaviour and cultural change.
He's currently Head of Customer Engagement and Experience at Prostate Cancer UK and a proud founding member of The Experience Hub, he's keen to help charities shift their focus to meet the needs of their customers.
David lives in Grantham with his wife, Chloe, and cocker spaniel, Rupert.
