For nearly 25 years Craig has been helping charities improve their fundraising results. Since starting consulting in 2015 he has helped numerous charities to deliver improved supporter experiences, donor satisfaction and individual giving results.

His approach is to partner with a variety of talented consultants and organisations, including Fundraising Detective, The Supporter Experience Collective, The BINGO solution and Bright Spot Fundraising.

In 2017, he co-authored the critically acclaimed fundraising book Donors for Life: A Practitioner’s Guide to Relationship Fundraising. He is a trustee at fundraising website SOFII, as well as being on Rogare's council.
