Charlotte is Director of Fundraising and Operations at Chuf (the Children's Heart Unit Fund). Charlotte is responsible for the charities income generation, communications and operations so that Chuf can support babies and children with heart conditions throughout their lives.

Charlotte has worked in the charity sector for 15 years, starting as a community and events fundraiser at an international development charity. Since working for large and medium charities across a range of fundraising disciplines.

Charlotte is a passionate leader focussed on team wellbeing and the importance of valuing culture within the workplace.

Charlotte lives in the North East of England, is a busy mum and loves to spend her weekends walking her dog on the beach!
