I am the Head of Individual Giving at Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS). Within my role, I am responsible for the charities Individual Giving income stream, which includes our cash appeals, one off donations, regular giving, legacies, payroll giving, in memory donations and merchandise. Last year alone the income from Individual Giving totalled over £4M.

Within the team, we are always looking for ways to engage new supporters, build on existing relationships and develop our fundraising initiatives. This includes telephone fundraising, warm as well as cold appeal mailings, continuously improving supporter journeys and spreading awareness about our lifesaving service.

I have worked for KSS for 8 years now, 6 of them years within the Lottery Department with various different roles, and then moving into my current role in November 2022.
