Ligia Peña, CFRE, MInstF is the Global Legacy Manager at Greenpeace International where she oversees the organization’s global legacy strategy in 14 countries. She’s also a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Kent, researching nonprofit management’s attitudes towards national legacy marketing campaigns as a tool to change society’s behaviour towards gifts in wills.

In the past year, Tony has developed commercial strategies for Arts and Heritage charities. Tony spent nine years at the National Trust supporting catering businesses at properties across the south west. As well as ensuring each of these businesses was individually profitable, Tony had to work across disciplines, managing the experience of visitors whilst ensuring the protection of built and natural heritage. Tony was previously Chair of The Lodge CIC, taking them through a merger with HeartSWell South West to become Hearts Together, where he now serves as a trustee.
