In this session Sofie and Dan will describe how the partnership between Sodexo and WWF working on sustainable diets grew from a modest partnership in the UK to a strategic global workstream. They will share why this is such an important partnership for both organisations and how they worked together to define Sodexo’s strategy for sustainable eating. They will also reveal how they worked together to overcome challenges of implementation and gaining buy-in. In this session they will describe the mindset, skills and tools required to manage a complex partnership, and finish by sharing their recommendations on how to transform smaller partnerships into ambitious, strategic partnerships.
