Details

Virgin Money Giving (VMG) have made the decision to close later this year. A subsidiary of Virgin Money, VMG was created 12 years ago when Virgin Money began its sponsorship of the London Marathon. This year the sponsorship comes to an end. As a result VMG will stop operating on 30 November 2021 following the race in October. (Read the official statement here)

All regular donors who currently use VMG will be contacted to advise them that no further payments will be taken after 30 November 2021.

At their most busy time of the year, this leaves charities with an urgent requirement to find alternative providers and to make immediate plans to manage their donors through the changes.

  • What's happening?
  • What do you do next?
  • What are the alternatives? (we'll hear from other platforms but this will be an impartial discussion)
  • How should you be communicating with your donors and volunteer fundraisers?
  • How and where do you migrate your monthly donors?

This virtual panel discussion and Q&A will cover everything you need to know and allow you to ask questions to experts and peers to help manage your concerns.

Don't worry if you can't join us live...all registrants will be able to watch the recording back in their own time.
