Following a study of representation within the top 100 legacy-earning charities’ brochures, Claire and Haseeb will share some important insights on the level of diversity within them. They’ll go on to explore how we might make our legacy communications more inclusive, drawing on examples of good practice from a range of charities.
Learnings will include:
- How representative legacy materials currently are
- A range of ideas for making legacy materials are more inclusive
