Jane and her team recently organised a “Thankathon,” making over 6,000 calls in just two weeks and personally thanking nearly 4,000 supporters. They also conducted an A/B test to assess the impact of personalised outreach, with results expected over the next 6-12 months. Jane will share insights into their approach, lessons learned along the way, and how they plan to apply these findings to future campaigns.
