According to the research, organisations that prioritise learning and development are more likely to meet their fundraising targets: almost everyone (91%) in growing organisations attended training.
62% of fundraisers cited lack of time as the primary reason for not pursuing further training. Other common challenges included mental overload and insufficient capacity.
Online training, both live and on-demand, was the most popular format attended by 97% of participants.
