Daryl Upsall interviews Raquel Gutierrez, Director of Madrid based The Fundraising Company and discovers how the call centre prepared in advance of the Coronavirus to move to remote working; moved its operations from having 150 employees working from an office location to homeworking and what that meant in terms of technology, data security and staff motivation and how one of the strictest lockdown regimes in the world has impacted of the telephone fundraising results during this time.
