Shani is a founding partner and director of Cadence Partners, an executive recruitment firm whose mission is to inspire, challenge and support organisations to build workplaces that are diverse, inclusive and genuinely committed to driving positive social change. Shani is passionate about equality and social justice and committed to reducing barriers, eliminating unfair bias and re-addressing the balance of diversity in Leadership roles. She has over 20 years’ experience in executive search and selection in the UK and US. Her experience has focused on recruiting non-executive, Trustee and executive officer teams for large national social purpose organisations and public sector bodies. She sits on the Race Advisory Group for ACEVO and has recently been invited to join the advisory Board of The Fore, a seed funder for the non-profit sector.
