Naomi has worked across the voluntary, and start up sector, particularly supporting small, as well as larger organisations grow. This has been through frontline delivery, consulting, fundraising and grant making. She has seen first-hand how integral funding is to the life cycle of charities and other organisations, in enabling communities to thrive. She has a particular passion for work which centres lived experience, as well as sexual and domestic violence advocacy.
