Jenna is currently head of supporter experience at Breast Cancer Now where she is working to shape and embed the new supporter experience function.

She's a committee member of the CIOF's supporter experience special interest group and is passionate about pushing supporter experience to the top of the sectors' priorities.

Previously she worked as head of public engagement at Action Against Hunger, and led teams at Amnesty International UK and King's College London - both within individual giving.
