Filipa Morais has a background in law and human rights. She worked on the F2F Project at Amnesty International, where she also served on the national board and was President of AI-Portugal in 2018. She has worked also at the Embassy of Portugal in Austria at the Permanent Representation to the OSCE.

She joined the team at SOS Children's Villages Portugal in 2016 as the F2F Project Manager to launch the F2F there. She served as Director of the Fundraising and Communications Department until September 2022, during which time the IG income generation grew by 500% over 5 years.

In October 2022, she embraced a new professional challenge as a Global Fundraising Advisor - Acquisition at SOS Children's Villages International, where she works with countries worldwide.

She does amateur theater, loves to travel, eat, dance, and is passionate about her work!
