Jane is Associate Director of Fundraising at Thames Hospice and has been a key member of the charity’s fundraising team since 2016, leading the capital appeal to raise vital funds for a new 28-bed Hospice and establish a major donor income stream. In just four years, Jane, along with her team, raised £6 million and now manages the fundraising team with a focus on major donors and legacies. The fundraising team generates around £5 million a year to support the work of the Hospice. She is deeply passionate about the charity and supporting her local community.

Prior to joining Thames Hospice, Jane worked for Higher Education and membership bodies; raising funds and building networks. Her mantra “if you don’t ask, you don’t get” is always coupled with her aim to make people feel empowered with whatever level of support they can give. “People give to feel good about themselves, and I love helping to make that happen”.

She spends her free time running after her two young boys and exploring her beautiful home town of Windsor.
